As Senior Vice President of Equitable Advisors’ Philadelphia branch, Rich brings decades of experience in the industry to his clients and financial professionals. He is passionate and committed to serving the growing demand for financial advice within our communities, as well as, developing the next generation of leaders within our industry.
An innovative and results driven leader, Rich develops highly successful financial professionals through mentoring, coaching and a hands-on approach to leadership. He ensures that his team receives the training, guidance, skills and knowledge that they need to achieve their professional goals. Rich has spent the last 17 years at Equitable Advisors, where he utilizes a holistic planning process, with comprehensive resources at his side, to educate, motivate and inspire his clients to take action regarding their financial future. From December 2009 to December 2020, Rich successfully lead the Pittsburgh branch as Executive Vice President. With a desire for growth, in January 2021 Rich returned to the Philadelphia branch of Karr Barth, which serves over 120,000 households and businesses throughout the tri-state area.
Rich resides in Upper St. Clair, PA with his wife and their two children.
