Our Market
The Retirement Benefits Group helps employees of public school, universities, municipalities, health care and non-profit organizations enroll in their employer’s Tax-Sheltered Annuities (TSAs) and Employee Deferred Compensation (EDC) plans. Many employees that are eligible for our products and services underestimate their need to save for retirement and so currently do not take advantage of their savings opportunities.
Our highly trained professionals take the time to understand clients’ needs, the demands on their time, and their personal and professional objectives. Armed with this information, our financial professionals help clients make important financial decisions and achieve their financial goals.
 
What You Can Expect
Your sales opportunities only begin with AXA’s products. They continue when clients come to you for help with other financial issues, such as education funding, financial planning, and insurance protection for themselves and their families. As clients approach retirement, many will seek your help in reinvesting proceeds from their 403(b) (a retirement program similar to a 401(k)) and IRA and managing their retirement income.

    Our marketing process -- constantly refined and updated -- will guide you through educating clients, developing relationships, and enhancing your position in your community.  In addition, you are fully supported by a Central Business Unit that includes a highly specialized Sales Desk to assist you with your day-to-day questions.

    Our extensive, state-of-the-art technology resources can help you develop, present, and implement client strategies. Internet capabilities facilitate high-quality service.
  • Compensation
    Financial professionals in the RBG are commissioned sales people. This can potentially provide you the opportunity to earn an income that is directly tied to your performance.  To get you started, a base salary may apply.
